3. The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations. Therefore, any refusal to provide data in whole or in part may result in the impossibility of providing the requested services.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

5. Data will be processed for the duration of the ongoing commercial relationship and for ten years following its acquisition.

   • Data of individuals who do not purchase or use products/services, even after prior contact with company representatives, will be immediately deleted or anonymized, unless their retention is otherwise justified.
   • If valid informed consent has been obtained, personal data may be used for subsequent marketing activities or market research.

   • Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time, with the understanding that the processing remains lawful until the withdrawal date.
   • Right to data portability: Request a copy of personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
   • Right to lodge a complaint: File a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
